Due to the custom nature of our furniture pieces, all sales are final once production has begun. Custom furniture is made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
If you receive a custom furniture piece with defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion.
If you need to cancel your order before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on work already completed, including design fees and material orders. A cancellation fee may apply.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom furniture pieces are made to order and cannot be resold to other customers.
If you request changes to an approved design after production has begun, additional fees may apply. We will provide an estimate for any change orders before proceeding.
If your furniture arrives damaged during delivery, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.
If installation is included in your order and issues arise during installation, we will work to resolve them. If the furniture does not fit as specified due to our error, we will make necessary adjustments or modifications.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds are only available for confirmed defects or pre-production cancellations as described above.
