All custom furniture orders require a deposit or full payment as specified in your project agreement. Final pricing is determined based on materials, dimensions, and design complexity. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Designs and specifications must be approved by the customer before production begins. Once approved, changes may result in additional fees or delays. We are not responsible for design issues that arise from customer-approved specifications.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Installation services are provided when included in your order or as a separate service.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials. Custom furniture pieces are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are not covered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customspecial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Customspecial remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce or use our designs for other purposes without permission.
